The Green Thumbs of the Family

 Today Ella and her cousin Payton helped Nana plant some flowers. The girls really had a great time. I can't tell you if they did well or not because I don't know what is right and what is wrong. I have absolutely no gardening ability. It must have skipped a generation because my mom and my daughter seem to have it! Either way, the flowers look great. See for yourselves...

Ella is going to be a big sister!!!

That's right!! We are going to have another baby! We are so excited. Ella is going to be a fantastic big sister. We will give more Baby Price updates after the first doctor appointment. Keep on watchin!!

Pasta Night!!!!

Tuesday night, Ella, Vicki, Jeremy, and I got together for our usual everything-the-rest-of-the-family-doesn't-eat dinner!!! This time, we made two different pastas. One was cheese ravoili with homemade tomato cream sauce. The other was creamy pesto chicken rotini. In the words of Rachael Ray... YUMMO!!!!

Jeremy's Birthday!

Jeremy turned 25 today, so we had a family cookout to celebrate. We even had homemade ice cream for dessert. Who doesn't love homemade anything, especially ice cream?? I didn't take many pictures since I forgot to take my camera. I did get one with my phone though of Preston, Payton, and Ella playing on Jeremy's golf cart.

Birthday Weekend

On April 3rd, Ella's cousin, Chase, turned 3!!! We went to a local farm for the birthday party. Ella had a blast! She was able to pet goats, pigs, and bunnies. She got to ride ponies and horses. I never would have guessed before now, but I think Ella will be an animal lover. She seems to be more comfortable around the animals than people. I guess PawPaw Richard and Nana Cheri will have to get horses sooner than they thought.

Speaking of them, PawPaw Richard also had a birthday that day. He celebrated somewhere in Oklahoma, I think. Happy birthday to you if you are reading this!!! Hope it was fantastic!

Just a tid bit...

Sorry, there are no pictures with this post. I was just going to tell everyone that Doug comes home Thursday, so while you might not see us very much, I will try to post some pictures of Ella and her Daddy. So keep watching!!!

"She'll be comin' 'round the mountain when she comes"

That's right!! Ella went to the mountains!! Uncle Jonathan, Aunt Ashley, and Payton invited the Price family to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area for a winter vacation. Paw Paw went also. We had such a wonderful time and are extremely appreciative of the opportunity! Ella and Payton were absolutely fantastic. The pictures that you see are of the girls on the playground, Ella playing golf with her Daddy, Payton giving Ella a sweet sweet back rub, and Ella at the aquarium loving all of the marine life. Teacher Appreciation Week

This week at school was teacher appreciation week, so I thought I would take some pictures of Ella and her teachers. The teacher in the green shirt is Mrs. Penny. The other teacher is Mrs. Shannon. We really do appreciate these ladies. I couldn't do what they do!!!

Today I found out that I got the job at the Regions in Opelika!!!! Yay!! I will be starting July 27th. We are excited about being back near our family!! As someone once said... Here comes trouble!
